Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Woodland Bees, we take great care in producing and packing our honey and handcrafted bee products. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original condition and packaging

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the product price only.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Food Items (Honey & Edible Products)

Due to food safety regulations, opened food items cannot be returned or refunded.

Unopened honey and edible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.

Refunds or replacements for honey products are only issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • There is a quality issue reported promptly
     

Beeswax Candles & Non-Food Items

Unused, non-food items (such as beeswax candles) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition
     

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email sales@woodlandbees.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return the eligible product according to the policy above and place a new order.
 

Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, items should be inspected at the time of pickup.

Once an order has been collected, it is considered accepted unless a quality issue is reported within 24 hours.
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened honey or food products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
