Returns
We accept returns on unused candles within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please reach out to us to initiate the return process.
If your beeswax candle isn't meeting your expectations we're here to assist you with helpful tips and tricks for optimal burning. If you're still dissatisfied, we'll refund your purchase price, minus shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and verify its condition, we will process your refund. You'll receive an email notification confirming the approval of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your candle for a different scent or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Additional charges may apply for price differences and shipping costs.
Shipping
You're responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your candle. Unfortunately, we can't refund any shipping fees.

ALWAYS remain within line of sight of burning candles. Extinguish candles before leaving room. NEVER burn for longer that 4-hour intervals. - Keep away from things that catch fire.
NEVER burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. - Keep away from children and pets. Children and pets could accidentally tip candle over.
