We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Order Status
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number to follow its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking details to update.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at sales@woodlandbees.ca with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount will be refunded, minus return shipping costs. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
